Tangible items must be returned within 1 week after they have been delivered to you, and in the same condition as they were shipped to you. You must also notify us of your intent to return the item before you mail it back to us. Although you don't need any reason to return an item other than you don't want it, we would appreciate if you also include a brief note with your notification describing the reason for the return.
