A great 1902 photo album from Manila.

We really like collecting complete photo albums, and especially ones that tell a story. This photo album has typewritten titles under the photo and we have included those titles in this article.

The photo album shows images of daily life in Malta, and other parts of Manila dated August 4, 1902. There are 12 images in all and I think you will agree that most of them are pretty cool. Don't miss the image of a native Moro Warrior further down in this article!

Some rare early 1900's Gypsy photographs! Although most of the photo album these photos came from had generic portraits of a woman who was dressed in early 1900's clothing, I was very pleasantly surprised to find these rare turn of the 20th century photos of a Gypsy family and their encampment of horse drawn wagons in the back of the album. The images below represent the best of the album and I think you'll agree that artistic quality of the portraiture is outstanding on the majority of the photos. Read more Add comment (0) Hits: 3470
